1. Visit official website http://gmchassam.gov.in (or visit the direct link given below)
2. Go to Notices / News / Orders section
3. Click on the link Download Admit card for Staff Nurse
4. A new page will open. Enter the required fields (i.e Application no, Date of Birth or Password etc.)
5. Click on Submit Button.
6. Your Admit Card will appear. Take print of the same.
