IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2020: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has invited application for the posts of 14 SRF, Associate Project Engineer and Project Scientist vacancy in the project entitled, “Centre for Excellence in Research and Development of Nanoelectronic Theranostic” at the Centre for Nanotechnology, IIT Guwahati.

1. SRF(Direct)
No of posts: 7
Salary: Rs. 33730.00
Educational Qualification: B.Tech + 3 years’ experience or M.Tech + 2 years’ experience in Electronics / Electrical / Chemical Engineering and GATE qualified . Research experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is preferable and high quality publications in reputed journals are desirable.
2. SRF(Direct)
No of posts: 4
Salary: Rs. 33730.00
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Chemistry / Physics / Biotechnology with GATE / NET / DST / INSPIRE Fellowship + 3 yrs research experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is preferable and high quality publications in reputed journals are desirable.
3. Associate Project Engineer
No of posts: 2
Salary: Rs. 36050.00
Educational Qualification: Master's degree / Bachelor's + 3yrs exp. Degree in Chemical Engineering / ECE / VLSI . Research experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology is preferable and high quality publications in reputed journals are desirable
4. Project Scientist
No of posts: 1
Salary: Rs. 36050.00
Educational Qualification: PhD degree Or Master's degree in Chemistry / Physics + 6 yrs experience in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology as evident from high quality publications in reputed journals.
Selection Procedure: An online interview will be held on 16th November 2020 (Monday) at 9:30 AM in the Centre for Nanotechnology, IIT Guwahati. Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the interview. Candidates will not be sent any call letter separately.
