Adarsha Vidyalaya Sivasagar: How to Apply?
Candidates are required to apply in standard form (Assam Gazette part IX) along with self-attested copies of Academic Qualification Certificates, Mark sheets and other testimonials.
Candidates are required to enclose the following documents:
- 2 (two) recent Passport size Photographs. (Self-attested)
- ID Proof like- Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card/ Driving License/Passport/ Current ID Card issued by the Education Institutions.
- Admit Card/Pass Certificate of H.S.L.C examination.
- Certificate of Graduation and Computer Knowledge and Mark Sheet (for the post of LDA-cum-Accountant).
- Higher Secondary Pass Certificate & Mark-sheet (for the post of Grade-IV).
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
Application in Standard form for each category of posts shall be received in a specified Drop-Box which will be kept at Office of the Inspector of Schools, Sivasagar during the office hours.
