Educational Qualification: The candidates must satisfy UGC norms as per the office memorandum no. AHE.407/ 2017/44, dated 08.11.2018 with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. of latest UGC standard and should not be more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2020 with a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PWD and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates. The candidates have to acquire qualifications as on the last date for submitting applications.
Eligibility like M.Phil/Ph.D/Seminar Papers/Publications can be acquired and submitted on date of interview and not beyond.
2. Laboratory Assistant

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized college/institution affiliated to recognized University and must possess 3 months diploma in computer. The candidate should have the working knowledge in Assamese and English typing in MS word and simple Excel.
3. Laboratory Bearer
No of posts: 4, [UR: 2, OBC/ MOBC: 1, SC: 1]
Educational Qualification: H.S.L.C. passed from govt. recognized Board/Council.
Age: Age of candidates for Laboratory Assistant & Laboratory Bearer should not be more than 38 years as on 01.01.2020 with relaxation of 5 years for ST/SC/PWD and 3 years for OBC/MOBC
Assistant Professor: Applications in DHE's prescribed format available in the college website www.silapatharcollege.edu.in are invited along with complete Bio-Data, Address and copies of relevant testimonials from HSLC onwards along with a Bank Draft of Rs. 2000/- only drawn in favour of Principal, Silapathar College, payable at State Bank of India, Kulajan Branch, Silapathar has to be submitted to the Principal.
Laboratory Assistant & Laboratory Bearer: The Laboratory Assistant & Laboratory Bearer candidates must apply their application in Standard Form Part-IX.
● The candidates must have PRC and proficiency in local language for Teaching and Non-Teaching posts.
● In- service candidates must apply through proper channel with NOC from the appointing authority.
