    UADC Recruitment 2020: United Agriculture Development Corporation has invited application  for hundreds of post as mentioned below in Districts of Assam, and other states of Northeast.

    UADC Recruitment 2020 Full Details:

    1. Regional Manager (State Level)

    Number of Vacancy: 7 (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura)


    Responsibility and Duties:
    • Work with Regional Manager (Northeast) to establish the company’s service provision in the entire state,
    • Business development & planning,
    • Meeting with Managers,
    • Coordinating RMNE in recruitment of District and Area Managers
    • Suppliers for seeds, fertilizer, pesticides etc.
    Required Qualification and Skills:
    • M.Sc. (Agri.) / Masters in Rural Studies / Rural Development / MBA with post qualification experience in the allied field. (PhD. and higher experienced will get preference)
    • Proficiency in Regional Language.
    Salary: INRs 30,000 per month, excluding TA/DA for project and official tours.

    2. District Manager

    Number of Vacancy: One for each district in North East.

    Responsibility and Duties:
    • Work with State Manager to establish the company’s service provision in the entire
    • District,
    • Business development & planning,
    • Meeting with farmers and Area Manager(Block level).
    Required Qualification and Skills:
    • B.Sc. (Agri.) with post qualification experience in the allied field. (Higher experienced
    • will get preference)
    • Proficiency in local language.
    Salary: INRs 15,000 per month excluding TA/DA for project and official tours.


    3. Area Manager (Block Level)

    Number of Vacancy: One for each Block.

    Responsibility and Duties:
    • Coordinate with District Manager to establish the company’s service provision in the entire Block,
    • Business development & planning,
    • Meeting with Farmers,
    • Recruitment of Local Suppliers/Buyers.
    Required Qualification and Skills:
    • B.Sc. (Agri.) / Any Graduate with Diploma or Certificate in the allied field. (Higher experienced will get preference)
    • Proficiency in Regional Language.
    Salary: INRs 10,000 per month, excluding TA/DA for project and official tours.

    4. Internship opportunity available for freshers and B.Sc. (Agri.) students.

    N.B.: Candidates can apply only for his/her home State/District/Block except Internship.
